Class Descriptions
All-Levels Classes are group-led and allow for modifications of every position to make them either more or less challenging depending on the needs of the individual student.
Guided Self Practice Classes are taught in such a way that each individual student is moving through a series of postures at their own pace. Each student is given direct, personal guidance from the teacher and carefully taught a sequence of specific poses desgined to challenge their ability level. You can arrive at anytime between the hours listed and stay as long as you like.
Master Classes are made to energize and invigorate even the most experienced practitioner. To attend a Master Class and fully benefit from the experience, students should have a consistent yoga practice already, and be capable of setting up intermediate and advanced poses safely and effectively.
