Breaking down the barriers of life to understand more about who we are and why our world is functioning from what seems to be a downward spiral. These workshops are designed to help you come back to who you are meant to be. My goal is to lead you on your life path. Through breathing, meditation, aspect and energy techniques amoung others. You will focus on whatever resonates with you at the time. This will help significantly deepen your understanding of yourself.
In this 4 week course there will be four 1.5 hour sessions and practice work for the week. You will learn key foundations of yoga which will give you the confidence and skills to really strengthen your practice safely. The 8 limbs of yoga, breathing techniques, basics of proper posture and learning your body.
